Teppanyaki
Teppanyaki is Japanese and means "hot plate". Sitting in an exclusive round in front of the teppanyaki, while the chef prepares before your eyes a multi-course menu. He conjures refinements such as king prawns with fresh spinach, Corn poularde on mango cabbage or monkfish on Pakchoi. A highlight in the menu sequence are the steaks from the flesh of our farm's own Angus cattle.
We provide you, tailored to your menu, a selection of quality wines. A unique flair is obtain in Siemon's Teppanyaki at Landhotel BEVERLAND by the unique design.The walls are made of amber-colored salt crystals which originated from the Himalayas, and through which the restaurant is lit indirectly. Cooking is done in a Bulthaup kitchen from Seeman interior.
